Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

Our Mobile messaging service allows us to provide you with relevant information relating to Tee Times, Hours of Operations, Golf Course status, Range status, Promotions and club events of which you may be interested in. These messages may be sent using automated messaging technology or manually by staff members during the hours of 7am-9pm EST.
The Program may not be available in all areas. The Program may not be supported by all carriers and all devices. You represent and warrant that you are the age of majority where you reside (18 in most states) and use a U.S. or Canadian mobile number to subscribe.
CARRIER AND COST INFORMATION
We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider, as standard or roaming data and message rates may apply for SMS and MMS alerts.
YOUR MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. If you deactivate service for the mobile phone number that you enrolled in the Program, you are responsible for deactivating that same phone number as described in the ‘HOW TO OPT-OUT’ instructions below.

HOW TO OPT-OUT
To stop receiving text messages, text STOP to 561-622-0036, or STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE as a reply to any Program message. This will opt you out of the specific text Program associated with the ten digit telephone number.
For support or our contact information, reply HELP to any mobile message from us.
Text any information to 561-622-0036. We will reply with a confirmation message to ensure your intentions are to OPT-IN to our messaging services.
RELATED PERSONAL INFORMATION
Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages and other information that you may provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us, and to otherwise operate, develop and improve the service. Your wireless carrier and other service providers may also collect data from your SMS usage, and their practices are governed by their own policies. We will only use the information you provide to the service to transmit your text message or as otherwise described in this document. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information in connection with the service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program. We may also change the telephone number we use to operate the Program and we will notify you of any such change. You acknowledge that any requests sent to a telephone number that has been changed may not be received by us and we will not be responsible for failing to honor a request sent to a telephone number that has been changed.
TERMINATION OF TEXT MESSAGING
Abacoa Golf Club may suspend, terminate or block your receipt of text messages if the club believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions and or the use of abusive language in messages.
We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when it is posted on our website. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.
